I would like Heidi to produce a clinical summary especially of diagnoses, medication, investigation results from the context provided that is visible as a summary before the consultation

you can do this pretty much already. Create a template with all the things you want (e.g. I have one that includes Active diagnosis, Imaging results, cytopathology, PFTs/CPET/field test results etc for a lung cancer summary). as long as you record even a very short bit of Transcript it will pull all the info you dump into Context and organise according to your chosen template. It doesn't need to be a 'full' Transcript.

Thank you for the question. 1: a. Past medical and surgical history/problem list b. medication list c. investigations and findings (all from provided context) 2. It could be a document that is created prior to the consultation automatically (it will be part of the output document after the consultation) 3. Anything provided in context, whether the last letter, investigation results
