Coding not offered on my system

I have previously requested the ICD 10 coding feature for my sessions but I have not had any response and also do not see the option available on my system. I need this option and am requesting it again.

Apologies for the delayed reply — and thanks for following up. ICD-10 coding for South Africa isn't available on your system yet, but support for it is on our roadmap and coming soon. I'll make sure you're notified as soon as it's live for you.
