Collapsing down files by date

It would be really great if the patient history column could collapse down by date so that is more organized and easy to scroll back

- How would you like the collapsed view to be organized by date? For example, should it show a summary or just the date?
- Are there specific date ranges or time periods that are most important for you to see when collapsed?
- Would you like any specific features or information to be highlighted or accessible when the history is collapsed by date?
