I like having the ability to underline and bold text, especially for headings and in the physical exam, but it would be a great to have the ability to color text as well to visually draw my eye to certain things such as abnormal in a physical exam or discussions about DNR/DNI status in an HPI or MDM section.
I can see this being a problem to solve when trying to keep the color format while pasting into EMR, but my bolded or underlined text has no problem when pasting from desktop to the EMR. For me, this would be a wonderful addition to my template.

Hey Joseph Demirjian — thanks for posting this, super helpful. Totally get the use case (flagging abnormals, DNR/DNI, etc.), and you’re right that keeping formatting consistent when pasting into different EMRs is usually the tricky part. We’ll take a look at what it would take to support text colour in templates/notes without breaking copy/paste, and we’ll circle back once we’ve dug in a bit more.
