Colour of my cursor problem

My cursor keeps going white against a white background when on the main body text. If i can get this in black it would help me navigate text better when for eg copying text

Hey Furzana Begum — thanks for flagging this, that sounds super annoying. Quick couple questions so we can pin it down: where exactly in Heidi are you seeing the cursor go white (main note editor vs a specific template/doc vs another text field)? Does it only happen while you’re typing, or also just when you click to place the cursor for selecting/copying? And is it across all browsers or just one (if one, which browser)?

Hi Tom, its the main text and when copying material. It can switch between black and white. Its a little difficult to explain and i tried to screen capture or video record it but it does not show in this.
the best way i can describe it is when you hover the mouse over the main body of text after transcribing, the mouse arrow will go from an arrow to a vertical line, as it would for any body text on any software however the vertical line turns white. Its doing it now in here too. Im not referring to the blinking vertical line as you type, im referring to the mouse hovering over text before you click on a specific paragraph, before typing.
