'Complete' button - to mark notes as completed/transferred to EMR

Problem: Currently no way to track which clinical notes have been completed + transferred to EMR
Proposed Solution: Add a "complete" button or checkbox for each clinical note, in the 'past' list. This could be very similar to the same way that the tickbox to select multiple notes appears. Once ticked, the name of patient could still be visible but greyed out.

Ability to mark transcriptions as "Completed"

Given I don't get to process all transcriptions/summaries as they happen, the list on the left grows. It would be great to have a checkbox at least, next to each item, so that I can see whether I've processed that trascription/summary (i.e. checked it and transferred to patient's file).

I would love to be able to mark off my sessions as completed once I have edited and uploaded. And it would also be great to have patient folders for active patients, that we can then archive and reactivate if they come back in the future.

Thanks for posting this, Leanne Benson — really appreciate the feedback. Being able to mark sessions as completed after you’ve edited/uploaded, plus having active patient folders you can archive and later reactivate, makes a lot of sense for keeping things organized. I’m sharing this with the team for review, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from you.

Hi Tom - this is increasingly becoming a problem for me. Is there any update on this feature request? Many thanks, Amy

Thanks for posting this, Amy-Louise Voakes — super helpful. Yep I understand the problem here (it’s hard to tell what’s already been finalised + pushed to the EMR). A “complete” tick/checkbox in the Past list with the patient/name greyed out makes sense — we’ll take a look at how best to add this and follow up once we’ve got a clearer direction.
