I would love for Heidi to be able to complete imaging forms when uploaded as a pdf template from the task list by clicking "create document".

Thank you for the quick reply.
It can vary from form to form but most are looking for "exam requested" ex: CT chest. "Clinical History" which is the reason for the exam. Some forms require more such as creatine, allergies.
At our hospital we have separate forms depending on the type of imaging requested (CT scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine).
For the most part we hand write these forms. We currently do not have an EMR that supports electronic ordering (hoping that will come in the next few years). The current process is time consuming and repetitive when we discuss the reason for the scan during the patient appointment.
We have been using a fillable pdf that we have uploaded to Heidi and it does a pretty good job with completing that form. It would be ideal if we could generate that pdf directly from the task list.
