I need a feature that will allow me to identify whether I have moved over the note to the patient chart as I cannot remember which ones I have completed as the day progresses and I see multiple patients.

Thanks for this feedback, this is a great suggestion! I'm interested to learn more about how you're using Heidi. Do you run multiple sessions and then export them all out of Heidi? Do you have an integration into your medical record through Heidi?
