I conduct psychological evaluations that require extensive review of external records and integration of psychological testing data. It would be really helpful to have "patient-level" (that's the tern Fin suggested) context as opposed to context linked to a session. Currently, I end up having to place the transcript from my second or third meeting with the patient into the session context for the first meeting with the patient, where all of the background records and files are housed. That's the only way I can get everything into one place before I generate a report from my custom template. Thanks!
