Context Entries for General Practitioner, Specialists, and other providers so letters are more easily written

New feature of patient details is good. Their GP would be helpful at the very least - other providers would be good and putting their title there good too.
e.g.

Phil from Heidi - thanks - if you could bring back the single check box that would include the last 3 sessions for context, that would be much much appreciated and save a lot of time.
As for your questions:
- It would make writing letters via Heidi much much easier
- I would write letters with this information via templates I have made in Heidi
- Sometimes they are but I want an efficient workflow. If Heidi can produce the letter I want with the cc of people I need and their contact details (fax or email) then I think it would be way better than having to go search for it each time I want to write a letter to their doctor or specialist or other provider.
I currently have been trying to use the "additional patient context" section for this information...sometimes Heidi picks it up. Sometimes she don't...
