I don't know of any specific compliance/regulatory requirements for this form.

Here's the form attached, screenshotted from what we see in our EHR INtrahealth Profile. Thus integrationw ould be nice, but not critical, if you could simply make a template with a hard limit in characters

The three main areas of the form to be filled out are: 
Prior problems, clinical info (crucially max 800 characters) and restrictions (240 character max). 
The hardest part of making a Heidi template we can easily copy=paste into this form is that we've been unable to force AI to summarize within the limit of characters, hence a form or template you create that does that would be incredible
