As a radiologist, I work in dark settings and the bright screen is a strong distraction and ruins my dark vision as I am trying to interpret radiographic and sonographic images. I have to close the Heidi window to function.

Hi Chandler, I updated Heidi to the latest version but cannot see a toggle for Dark Mode under Heidi Labs. I have the Opt-in toggle on. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your feedback submission regarding Dark Mode. I'm so happy to say we've now released the first version of Dark Mode for our web and desktop applications, as a part of Heidi Labs.
To get started with Dark Mode, click on the user account menu (profile image) on the bottom left of the screen, and visit Settings > Heidi Labs. Select the toggle on this page.
Once opted-in, switch between Light, Dark, and System from the user account menu. System follows your OS preference.
As this is a beta release, some parts of the Heidi experience may need extra polish. If you have any feedback, or need any assistance getting started with Dark Mode, please feel free to reach out to me at chandler@heidihealth.com

Hello, I am on iOS. It would be nice to have a manual toggle option so we can adjust as we need. I use the note editor screen the most, so it would be most helpful there but ideally, it should be available on all screens. Thank you

Thanks for the suggestion — a dark mode option in the mobile app makes a lot of sense, especially if you’re in Heidi multiple times a day.
A couple quick questions so we can share the most useful context with the team:
1) Are you on iOS or Android?
2) Would you want dark mode to follow your device setting automatically, or be a manual toggle in Heidi settings?
3) Are there specific screens where it matters most (e.g., live scribing/transcript view, note editor, templates)?
If you’re able to share a screenshot of the screen(s) you use most, that’d be really helpful too.

1) Are you looking for dark mode in the Heidi web app, the Chrome Extension, or both?
2) Should it follow your Windows/Chrome system theme automatically, or be a manual toggle in settings?
3) Any specific screens where it matters most (e.g., note editor, transcript, Ask Heidi)? A screenshot is welcome if you have one.
