Data retention clarification hours vs days

Is it possible to clarify the data retention / server purge cycle? If data retention is set to 1 day, this may be 36 hours depending on the Heidi server cycle. Unlike users that are using this as a pseudo EMR, we are wishing to purge enterprise wide on a 24 hour window.

We have settings for data retention deletion which can be customised at an org or individual level. We are happy to work with you on set up of your accounts to make sure this accurately reflects 24hrs.
