I often face issues with double-spacing when pasting dictations from Heidi into Medent due to rich text formatting. It would be beneficial to have an option to set plain text as the default copy/export format in Heidi to avoid these formatting issues.

Hi Heidi Team,
When using Ask Heidi to generate letters, patient handouts, or clinical text, the output appears visually correct on screen but does not copy across as plain text. When pasted into MedTech, formatting such as headings, bold text, bullet points, and emphasis is converted into symbols (e.g. stars, dots), which affects readability and presentation.
It would be very helpful if Ask Heidi could provide an option (or default behaviour) to generate true plain-text output, so that what is copied and pasted appears exactly as shown on screen, without hidden formatting.
I would also like to say that this is a great product—thank you for developing it. It saves us a significant amount of time and has been a very valuable addition to our clinical workflow.
