There needs to be an option to cancel the consult .. say you start a telehealth consult and you have clicked transcribe and the patient doesnt answer.. of you stop recording you then are prompted to create a note etc.. there needs to be a way to just delete that session ta

Yep totally get this, Catherine Crane — super annoying when a telehealth call doesn’t connect and you’re still forced down the “create note” flow. Thanks for flagging it, we’ll look at adding a way to cancel/delete that session so it doesn’t prompt you to generate anything. Quick check: do you want it fully deleted, or just marked as cancelled/hidden from your session list?

Tom thanks for the reply. I think it would be good if there was just an option for "called and no answer" so that it can be documented in notes
