Dental periodontal charting

I would like to set this one up in Heidi regarding what we call as PERIO charts so each tooth will have six side each side we measure in millimetre the gum recession or gum pocketing. I’ve noticed on one of the social media channels that there’s another provider called carenotes.AI that is doing this phenomenally well. I was wondering if there’s any way I can set a similar set up in Heidi either as a template or directly in the Dental Perio charts.

Today, Heidi doesn’t have a dedicated interactive PERIO charting grid like the one you’ve seen in CareNotes.AI, but you
can
set up a workable version using a custom dental template (e.g., a structured table/list for each tooth with 6 sites and mm values) so the output is consistent and quick to fill.A couple of quick questions so we can point you to the best template/workaround:
1) Which notation do you use (FDI vs Universal) and do you want 6-point pocket depths only, or also recession/CAL, BOP, furcation, mobility?
2) Do you want this captured as a chart-style table in the note, or mainly as structured text that’s easy to copy into your PMS?
3) If you have an example of your ideal PERIO chart layout (even a blank one), could you share a screenshot?
We’ll share this with the team as well — dental-specific structured charting is a really clear use case.
