Designate proper operative relationship for intraoperative consults

When consulted intraoperatively, based on nature of described timeline, automatically designate, in the procedure header, what role the billing provider played (assisting MD, co-surgeon, primary surgeon for particular code and consulting MD as assisting for the same code, etc.)

Hey John Stites, thanks for this - it's a thoughtful request and the billing logic you're describing is exactly the kind of nuance we want Heidi to handle well. Per-code role designation across a single case is a meaningful build, so I can't promise a near-term resolve, but I've logged it with the relevant team.
In the meantime, a workaround that should work today: dictate the role explicitly at the moment the consult happens, tied to the code if you have it - e.g. "Dr. Smith assisted on the bowel resection, 44140." Heidi should pick that up and you can confirm placement in the header at sign-off. Please let me know how it goes
