Desktop App Automatically Triggering to Save Log On Details

The desktop app needs to automatically prompt to save the user name and password like the iPhone and web-based apps do. It is time consuming to have to find my password and manually enter it along with my username when I am with clients in sessions.

Thanks for posting this, Jenna — totally get how annoying that is mid-session. Appreciate the feedback, we’ll take a look at getting the desktop app to prompt to save username/password like iPhone + web, and we’ll follow up once we’ve dug in a bit more.
