Dictation box option

I want to be able to dictate word for word while i am in the EMR, or a different website. These would be inbox tasks, lab reviews, literature reviews. Looking for a dragon replacement. Dragon has an always on, always in front dictation box that you can dictate into from anywhere in the computer. I see the universal dictation within heidi app or browser. I would like to see a method of a small box that is in the corner of the screen at all times that i can dictate short messages into

Thanks for taking the time to share this — super clear use case. An always-on, floating “dictation box” (Dragon-style) for quick inbox tasks/lab reviews/literature notes while you’re in the EMR or any website makes a lot of sense, especially if you’re using it multiple times a day.
We do have options like cursor-based/inline dictation, new-tab dictation, and EHR integration today, but I hear you that those aren’t the same as a small always-in-front box you can dictate into from anywhere.
A couple quick questions so we can pass the right detail to the team:
1) Are you imagining this as a Chrome extension overlay (browser-only), or something that also works across desktop apps outside the browser?
2) What would you want the “send” action to do most often: copy to clipboard, auto-paste into the active field, or save as a reusable snippet?
3) Do you need voice commands (punctuation/paragraphs) in that box the same way you’d use Dragon?
If you can share a screenshot/mock of where you’d want it to sit (corner size/behavior), that’d be really helpful too. I’ll share this with the team once I have those details.
