Transcription (TS) on different days doesn't work at all.
When I click on new session (browser) and select an old patient, a new transcript is NOT created. It is easy to tell that the patient is not being postponed to today's date. With the Android app, you MUST re-enter the patient data after clicking on the “+”.
Suggested improvements for browsers (see appendix for example) AND app (2nd appendix):
When you call a patient, you must be able to choose between:
- create a new TS
- continue with an old TS - here you must be able to select an old TS.
If you click on the arrow next to Scribe in the browser, the list of patients opens:
- The date is above the patient of the respective day
- There is a time under each patient
- This includes the various TS with DATE and TIME among the patients (please not AP and PM)
- “mouseover” appears for many (not all patients!!!) a window with the old session. You could easily start the new session here. However, this is not possible in the app, so you would have to solve it differently (2nd appendix). The selection of different sessions must then be resolved differently.

Danke für das super detaillierte Feedback (inkl. Anhänge) – das hilft enorm. Was du beschreibst klingt allerdings nach einem konkreten Problem/Fehlverhalten beim Erstellen neuer Sitzungen über mehrere Tage hinweg (Browser + Android), also eher nach einem Bug/Support-Thema als nur einem Feature-Wunsch.
