Digital Body Chart Annotation for Physios

I am looking to annotate directly on digital body charts as part of patient forms for the initial consult. This feature would greatly enhance our workflow by allowing us to integrate body charting into our digital processes, making it easier to document and share patient information efficiently.

I need to be able to annotate a breast diagram with my clinical findings in order to go completely paper free. Please could you add this feature with the ability to annotate the diagram with markers and text?

We would be able to select either a full male or female body, including front, sides and rear view, and also for those of us who do pelvic health, images of the pelvis from all different angles (and other specific body parts could be useful for other professionals as well). From there, we would be able to circle/highlight areas of pain and areas that pain travels, as well as type text notes directly onto the body chart. To have that quick visual guide of where the pain pattern(s) was/are, is incredibly useful when reviewing client notes before their next session. This would be something we would need to be able to easily copy and paste into our PMS.

Heidi can we have a bodychart in our assessment and followup notes that can be drawn on with a touchscreen?
In our paper notes if we draw pain distribution on the initial presentation and then revisit it at a later time it can be a powerful visual demonstration to the patient that they are making improvements.
This is especially important if the patient presents with linked conditions such as back pain, sciatica and hamstrings injury or eg cervical and thoracic spine pain with shoulder injury and tennis elbow.
Drawing on the touchscreen would also be faster than describing the exact anatomical location of the pain or pins and needles and save in volume of typed words to review later.
It makes looking back at the presenting problems a lot faster than reading a description.

I would also appreciate having body part diagrams that can be annotated as part of Heidi. It’s the one thing that currently prevents me from using Heidi exclusively. I am a breast surgeon and would like a upper body diagram feature.

I would love this feature.
