distinguish between colleagues sat next to you or consultations in adjacent rooms not recording onto your dictation. a colleagues CT head findings were directly transcribed into my dictation as she was discussing this with radiologist while sat next to me

Typically occurs in busy ED environment while sat next to another colleague who was talking on the phone. I had my phone directly in my chest pocket but it still picked up her voice too. It hasn't happened often but I was concerned it might another day while in a consultation with someone loud next door too.
Would using a personal headphone/microphone via earpods for dictation or similar be useful for this kind of scenario?

Hey Ellen Crick, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you describe the typical environment where this issue occurs, such as room size or layout?
- How often do you find yourself in situations where multiple conversations are happening simultaneously?
- Are there specific times or scenarios when this issue is more prevalent?
