I would like to have access to my patient file in order to be able to continue the treatment with what was already said on the previous sessions, for the AI to also use it to update the session that I am doing again with the patient and that I do not have to repeat what happened in the previous sessions.

A ce stade nous creeons une session de transcription, et donc une nouvelle session par rendez vous pour chaque patient. mais en kinésithérapie nous voyions souvent nos patients. Il serait préférable de pouvoir créer un dossier patient et dans ce dossier patient pouvoir créer des sessions datées en fonction de séance avec une première session de bilan et des sessions de suivi.
Avec l'organisation actuelle, c'est un peu le bazar, la recherche des patients est pénible, et il y a des dossier partout.
