Your current structure of dot points is not compatible with Microsoft Word and takes a considerable time to correct.
Even if each line in your dot point structure was registered as a 'new paragraph' it would be easier. Currently, I have to delete all of your * or -, enter a new line after each point then use Word to create its dot points and then go back to delete the extra lines.
It doesn't work better if I just copy your content, and paste it into my word doc as 'text only'.
