integrate EHR address book into Heidi for linking patient labels.
-this is as opposed to labeling through the scheduler, ie for visits not in EHR schedule.

Thanks for sharing this — totally makes sense to want access to the EHR address book inside Heidi so you can link patient labels even when the visit isn’t on the EHR schedule.
To help us pass this to the team with the right detail:
1) Which EHR are you using (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Veradigm/Allscripts, etc.)?
2) When you say “address book,” do you mean patient search/directory (MRN-based), contacts/referring providers, or both?
3) What’s the ideal workflow in Heidi — search/select a patient from the address book to apply a label, or auto-suggest matches based on demographics?
If you can share a quick example (or screenshot with any sensitive info removed) of where you’re currently forced to use the scheduler, that’d be really helpful too. I’ll share your request with the team once we have those details.
