EMR , Integration to Heidi

Our EMR, Collaborative Health Record is not integrated so does not safe as much time as we as a practice physician expect. Do you have intention of integraing CHR in the near future? We need to know prior to subscribing come 14th June 2026.

Thanks for sharing this — totally get why CHR integration is a key factor if you’re using Heidi multiple times a day.
At the moment, we support integrations with a range of EHRs (e.g., Epic, Athena, Best Practice, MediRecords, Cliniko, Cerner, Veradigm/Allscripts), but I can’t confirm CHR specifically from your note.
To help us give you the most accurate answer and pass this to the team, could you share:
1) Which CHR product/version you’re on (and whether it supports SMART on FHIR / FHIR APIs)?
2) What “integration” would save you the most time—launching Heidi from CHR, pulling demographics/appointments, pushing notes back into CHR, or all of the above?
3) Your clinic location/region (sometimes integration options vary by market).
If you can also share a screenshot or link to CHR’s integration/API documentation, that’d be really helpful. We’ll share your request with the team once we have those details.
