I do various aspects of the neurological examination tailored to the pts problem. eg fundoscopy may or may not be done. only some sensory ,modalities might be tested out of PP, vibration, touch and JPS. Only some reflexes may be done. Is there (can there be) a way of specifying what aspects of examination have actually been done so that the text describing the examination is then appropriately altered?
