Need an export notes feature that allows for multiple record export and individual patient notes or groups of patients' notes to EHR (HealthBridge) or pc/mac

Thanks for sharing this — exporting multiple notes in one go (by patient or by a selected group) would be a big time-saver, especially if you’re doing it multiple times a day.
To help us pass this on with the right detail, could you clarify a couple things?
1) For HealthBridge, are you hoping to push notes back in bulk directly into the EHR, or export a batch file to upload/import?
2) What format(s) do you need for bulk export (PDF, DOCX, CSV, something else), and should it be one file per note or a single combined file?
3) How would you want to select the notes—by date range, by patient, by appointment list, or by a tag/status (e.g., “finalised”)?
For context, today Heidi can export individual notes/documents as PDF or DOCX to your downloads folder, and our EHR integrations support pushing completed documentation back to the EHR without copy-paste. We’ll share your bulk-export workflow request with the team.
