I love Heidi and would almost go as far as to say that it is prolonging my already long career in General Practice. I am intrigued, however, that almost every patient is "seen alone", even when they are small children, or when I make it very clear in my opening comments that they are attending with their mother / daughter / friend or whatever.

I have written a short poem about this glitch.
