This last one is a feature request rather than a bug.
It would be genuinely useful to have a "My Files" tab where I can store reference documents that have nothing to do with any particular patient, but that I need constantly during a shift. Things like:
  • The procedure for accessing radiology dictation
  • The list of hospital services with their extension numbers
  • The patient transfer procedure
  • Protocol sheets, on-call lists, order sets
  • etc.....
Right now this material lives everywhere except where I'm working: paper binders at the nursing station, photos on my phone, notes taped to a monitor. Heidi is already open in front of me for the entire shift, which makes it the obvious place to keep the reference material I reach for between patients.
Worth noting that none of this contains patient information. It's a straightforward document store — upload a PDF or an image, name it, search it, open it. No new privacy surface to manage.
