Feature to lock or permanently save notes

I think it would be helpful to have a feature that allows me to save a note so it can't be inadvertently changed or deleted. Currently, the only way to keep a note from being changed is to avoid regenerating or overriding it once it’s finalized. A built-in feature to lock or permanently save notes would ensure I can keep all my notes and easily go back to review something whenever needed.

Would you mind sharing a bit more about what you're picturing? A few things that would help us:
- What's the situation where you'd want to lock a note? (e.g. after signing off, sharing with a patient, end of day)
- What problem would locking solve for you? is it about preventing accidental edits, signalling it's finalised, something else?
- Once locked, what should happen if you do need to make a change?

I would want to lock notes 1 by 1 as I create them. Similar to the tag of "approved" but with a "save" so it can't inadvertently be modified once it's complete or at least saved until ready to be completed/ locked later.
