Feedback: AI Note Review Should Be a Core Feature, Not a Premium Query

To the Heidi Health Team,
I am writing to provide feedback regarding the current query quota system for in-session clinical support.
As a clinician using Heidi, I find it counterintuitive that reviewing an AI-generated note for accuracy and completeness - such as checking what may have been missed from a transcript - is counted against my weekly query limit. This type of quality assurance feels like a fundamental part of responsible clinical documentation, rather than an "advanced" query.
The ability to verify that an AI-generated note accurately reflects a consultation should, in my view, be a core feature available to all users, not a premium function. Clinicians have a professional obligation to ensure their documentation is accurate, and placing this behind a usage cap creates a barrier to safe and thorough record-keeping.
I would encourage Heidi to reconsider how these queries are categorised and billed, and to ensure that basic note verification remains accessible on all plans.
Thank you for considering this feedback.

Hey Andrew Smith -- Shrey from the Heidi Product team here 👋
Thanks for bringing this up. I hear you on note verification feeling like core clinical QA rather than something that should eat into your query limit. We’re always trying to balance high-quality features with keeping them accessible, and feedback like yours helps us get that right.
Thank you.
