The pdf files generated after each consultation has an output format of "note_name_date_time" but my practice file policy is different for file names. I now need to manually change each file name for every consultation. A way to customize the file name would be very useful. For example, my practice file policy is "date_note_surname capitalized"

Customisable export file naming is a really helpful idea. When you say your policy is “date_note_surname (capitalized)”, could you share:
1) What exact date format you need (e.g., YYYY-MM-DD vs DD-MM-YYYY)?
2) Which “surname” you want pulled in (patient surname, clinician surname, or both)?
3) Do you want this applied to all exports (PDF + DOCX) and across both Desktop + Mobile?
If you can paste an example of an ideal filename (with dummy data), we’ll share this with the team so they understand the format you’re aiming for.
