Heidi chat can't seem to access files that have been added to the patient profile. It would be good if it could search through the pdfs attached already to a patient file rather than having to drop it into the specific chat.

Thanks for flagging this. You’re right, Heidi Chat should be able to access and search files that have already been added to a patient profile, without requiring you to upload the same file again into a specific chat.
We’re planning to address this so that attached PDFs and other patient files can be used directly within the relevant Heidi conversation.
