Thanks for flagging this — totally hear you. Not being able to edit/delete incorrectly created “Upcoming” sessions (especially multiple times a day) would be really frustrating, and the extra step of saving a screenshot locally isn’t ideal with confidential info.

Good news: Heidi supports screenshot paste (from clipboard) as well as patient metadata entry and file uploads — so you shouldn’t have to save an image to your PC first. Could you share what browser/OS you’re on, and where exactly you’re trying to paste (e.g., the Upcoming sessions screen vs a consult/patient screen)? A quick screenshot of the UI (with any identifying info blurred) would also help us pinpoint what’s happening.

On the “paste text from my day sheet and autopopulate” idea — that’s a really thoughtful workflow suggestion. If you’re able, can you paste an example of the format you’d want to copy (with dummy data), and what fields you’d expect Heidi to extract (name, time, clinician, reason, etc.)? I’ll share this with the team.
