I'd love to feed Heidi a ministry form AND patient demographic, for example i have mental health forms that i fill with patient demographics
It would great if heidi can pre-populate forms with demographic data

You can do this already by creating a PDF custom form. Alternatively the Heidi Team might be able to do it for you. Look at the help sections for 'PDF Forms'

- How do you currently manage and store patient demographic data that Heidi could access for pre-populating forms?
