Being able to use the Evidence feature during live sessions is very useful. It would be great to be able to generate structured templates documents such as imaging requests and referrals without having to finalise the notes (and stop the recording) before generating them.

Would be great to be able to create documents whilst transcribing. E.g something as simple as a medical certificate that I can create and send to the patient whilst I continue the appointment+transcription
