My graphs could be generated inside Heidi & exported ?as PDF, to report to management. In Scotland a system called TRAKCARE is used for Outpatients, but one of the cheapest versions with the least amount of packages, so I cannot extrapolate any figures.
As I list & manage patients & tasks within Heidi, with clinic times, I'd like to use these figures, also how long the actual appointment takes not necessarily the allocated time or maybe both. I would just like to convert my Heidi appointment information into figures that I can produce for management. If I could list my tasks as the selected 'Action' , 'Document' etc, again to reflect were my time is going. Just so that I can show what I am doing.

Thanks for sharing this — charts like new vs return patients, discharges, encounter volume, and encounter duration would be really useful for tracking workload and trends. We’ll pass this along to the team.
A couple quick questions so we capture it the right way:
1) Where should these graphs live for you (inside Heidi, or exportable to CSV/PDF for reporting)?
2) How do you define “new vs return” in your workflow (first-ever visit, first visit in X months, per clinic/location, etc.)?
3) For encounter length, do you want the timer based on the consult session duration in Heidi, or scheduled start/end times from your EHR?
If you have an example of the ideal dashboard layout (or a screenshot of a report you use today), feel free to share it.
