Greater administrator tools for Teams / Together / Enterprise

Hi there, it would be good to have a better administrator toolkit for teams/together/enterprise customers, such as resetting passwords, authentication methods etc. Especially for bigger teams it'll be much easier to have the administrator(s) do this, rather than having to go through Heidi support which often involves a wait time.

Hey James Yang, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific administrator tools or features would be most beneficial for your team?
- How often do you anticipate needing to use these administrator tools?
- Are there any security concerns or requirements we should consider when developing these tools?

Tom - thanks for your response! I think the basic toolkit would be user management, such as:
1) Password reset
2) Resetting authentication (i.e. currently to reset MFA or switch from email to authenticator app needs to have it reset on your backend via support)
3) Perhaps even ability to change account settings without requiring knowledge of user password.
However also more things we can set in bulk across the organisation would be great too:
1) Default Notes + Documentation templates
2) Bulk setting/locking of certain features such as playback recording (security concern)
I think once users are established we probably don't need use a lot of the toolkits that often.. but it'll be nice to have these features when required, especially as the organisation and the amount of users expand. Although the ability to change account settings will be the one that's used the most, as when Heidi rolls out a new feature, it'll be quite nice to be able to just alter settings/enable the features on behalf of our specialists, as most of them don't tend to read updates/tech emails!!
In terms of security - administrator accounts will require greater security protocols - forced log off, forced MFA etc
Or perhaps even a separate "administrator" client may be more feasible.
