Headset support for capturing both voices

I want to use a headset during telephone consultations and ensure that both voices are captured by Heidi. Currently, Heidi only works if the audio is played out loud, as it needs to detect sound through a speaker. It would be beneficial if Heidi could detect sound coming through a headset, allowing for more private and clear consultations.

Tom This has also been a frequent request at the org I work for. It is particularly helpful for those with certain sensory issues. A wireless headset would be the best fit.
