We have a triage nurse and community doctor who primarily work on the phone all day. It would be useful to have a Heidi remote device in the form of a headset (headphones and microphone) for use in this way. We have found it is possible to clip the Heidi remote device to the back of a phone to transcribe the conversation, but then the user cannot type. We have also found that we can transcribe a telephone call by having the phone on speakerphone setting, but then this is a privacy issue and disturbs others in shared office space. A Heidi-enabled headset would circumvent both of these issues.
