Heidi has gotten less and less precise for the last couple of weeks. I think it might have to do with the option to link sessions. I have to do a lot more corrections. Even facts are not correctly reported like the dates for the next appointments that I gave my patients.

Yes patients have corrected dates for me after the transcription. It also forgets to add vitals, forgets to add BMi and misunderstands things if the person speaks english with an unusual accent.
