Can the patients name be added automatically when speaking into Heidi remote? i.e. if I say 'Patient name: Joe Bloggs' it will add the patient name on my scribe? Without this, I may have recorded 2-3 patients without their name on the side with multiple 'untitled' sessions which then gets confusing.

Thanks for sharing this — totally get how multiple “untitled” sessions would get confusing when you’re seeing patients back-to-back.
Just to make sure we capture what you need: are you hoping Heidi Remote would reliably detect a spoken cue like “Patient name: Joe Bloggs” and automatically set the session title/patient identifier to that name?
A couple quick questions:
1) Do you want this to work for every new session automatically, or only when you say a specific phrase (e.g. “Patient name is…”)?
2) Should it update the name if you say it again later (in case you correct spelling), or only take the first one?
3) If you can share an example of the exact phrasing you typically use (and any tricky names), that’d help us a lot.
We’ll share this with the team — in the meantime, you may also find using patient identifiers to keep sessions organised across consults helpful.

Heidi Team It would be useful for this to be triggered when I say 'Patient name: xxxxx'. Sometimes I may just use the first name. I would say that it should just assume thats the name once first said. If its a difficult name I can spell it out. If its a difficult name, a spelling could be triggered if I said something like 'Patient name spelt:xxxx'
I am also sometimes having difficulty with the heidi remote syncing. I've used it a few times today where its said its synced to the app, however, nothing is available on the transcription so I've found myself going back to my lapel mic which is a bit annoying!
