Heidie often gets the names of South African medication completely wrong.

is there a way of setting up a background dictionary in my profile, that will work across chats. it is very laborious to keep changing the names of meds in chats or writing a full list of medication in different chats. And when i do, it does not work across patients- so i have to keep doing it. surely there should be a practitioner relateded freq used terms or short-cuts. This could also then set help for other things- like the name of my PA, and i wouldnt have to be changing it in Notes. At the moment- whilst my notes are better with Heidie- its taking me longer to review, add and make changes then it did before.

- How would you prefer to update or manage this dictionary of frequently used terms?
- Are there other specific areas or terms, besides medication and your PA's name, where you experience similar issues?

- Training Heidi on South African brand names of medications (linking it to the active ingredients) would be a big help. Unfortunately, most medications have multiple unrelated generic names. Starting with chronic illness medications as well as commonly used antibiotics and OTC medications. Currently, I am using the find and replace function, but this is tedious.
- Adding limits about hallucinating names phonetically (and if Heidi is guessing the word phonetically, to perhaps print it in italics or within brackets). Currently, the same word will be "find and replaced", but often, multiple phonetic spellings for the same word need to be manually replace. (eg ameprazole, omaprazole, imeprazol etc)
- A similar training on common South African names (and if you really want to be the shiz, South African doctor's names) would be very helpful. (eg fenter, Venta, Vanter)
