is there a way of setting up a background dictionary in my profile, that will work across chats. it is very laborious to keep changing the names of meds in chats or writing a full list of medication in different chats. And when i do, it does not work across patients- so i have to keep doing it. surely there should be a practitioner relateded freq used terms or short-cuts. This could also then set help for other things- like the name of my PA, and i wouldnt have to be changing it in Notes. At the moment- whilst my notes are better with Heidie- its taking me longer to review, add and make changes then it did before.
