Hi, for the tasks, I have 2 suggestions: 1. please allow bulk selection and deletion of tasks. 2. please allow a new category of tasks called 'interesting patients'. This is to flag patients with something interesting in their case which we want to follow up on, or use for research, case reports or discussion purposes. It allows us to put tabs on patients.

Thanks for sharing these — super practical suggestions, especially if you’re in the task list multiple times a day.
1)
Bulk select + delete tasks
: makes a lot of sense for keeping the master list tidy quickly. Are you mainly wanting this in the master task list
, within an individual session
, or both? And would “bulk delete” be for completed tasks
, incorrectly extracted tasks
, or any selection?2)
New task category: “interesting patients”
: love the intent here (flagging cases for follow-up, teaching, research/case discussions). When you say “put tabs on patients,” are you imagining this as:- a task categorythat shows up in the consolidated task list, or
- a patient-level tag/labelthat’s visible across encounters?
If you can share a quick example of how you’d use it in a real workflow (and ideally a screenshot of where you’d expect to see it on Desktop), I’ll pass this along to the team with that context.

Hi Heidi Team
Thanks for getting back to me so promptly.
1) I believe the master task list already has bulk select + delete task. However, I don't see this feature at the individual session. If we can bulk select and delete tasks at the individual level, it will be much easier to keep the master list tidy.
Also, i love the feature of how Heidi is able to generate referral letters from the tasks (it listens and understands that I'm referring the patient off to a physiotherapist or sleep physician etc). However, when we press the generate button from the task, can you provide a pop-up which will allow us to select the letter that we want? I.e. I have templates for physiotherapists' referral letters, sleep physicians, etc. If I don't, it'll just be a generic letter. What would be even cooler is if Heidi auto-selects the letter as it usually picks up the exact specialty I want to send it to.
2) I'm imagining this as a task category, that comes up in the consolidated task list (i.e. a task category of interesting patients). Also, if we do 'tag' a patient that we consider interesting - there should be an option which allows us to type why this patient is interesting.
Thanks!
