Highlight words in generated note that are higher risk of being misinterpreted

To more easily review Heidi's presumed spelling of words (especially person names, but also locations, meds, etc). Also, If any area of the generated note was poorly understood with dictation, has been frequently corrected over and over by the user, it would be helpful if this was highlighted / flagged for review. It could be literally highlighted in yellow, or with a different text color. A flag of unreviewed portions of note could be on the side. Useful for elements of note that we keep having to correct over and over and over since the program doesn't try to correct certain programs. It might be another approach to work around this. Thanks.

Hello John Stites — Shrey from the Heidi Product team here 👋
Totally get it — you want an easier way to spot where dictation might’ve been shaky (especially names, places, meds) and the bits you find yourself fixing again and again.
We don’t have a highlight/flag view for that yet, but this is really helpful feedback and I’m sharing it with the team.
In the meantime, if there are specific words or names that keep coming out wrong, Settings → Memory → Replace can help for those going forward — you set the wrong version to the right one once, and Heidi should pick it up in future notes and dictation. It won’t catch everything though, especially one-off mistakes or things you haven’t set up yet.
Really appreciate you taking the time to write this in — it helps a lot.
