Hyperlinks in templates that pull through to Semble

Allow hyperlinks in Heidi templates so they automatically pull through into Semble letters. This would let us add clickable links to clinical resources (e.g., PDFs) directly in the template, so every letter generated from that template includes the same link without needing to paste it each time.

Thanks for taking the time to share this — having hyperlinks saved in Heidi templates and carried through into Semble letters would be a big time-saver, especially if you’re doing it multiple times a day. We’ll share this with the team.
A couple quick questions so we understand the workflow:
1) In Semble, do you want the link to appear as clickable text (e.g., “Patient info sheet”) or as the full URL?
2) Are these usually external links (web/PDF) or links to files stored somewhere specific (e.g., practice drive)?
3) Do you need multiple links per letter, or typically just one?
If you can share an example template snippet (or a screenshot of how you’d like it to look in the final Semble letter), that’d help a lot.

Heidi Team Thank you! Ideally it would be clickable text, e.g. "Click here to view". These would be external links, we have PDFs with resources that we attach to the consultation reports. Typically just one link at the moment.
