In the UK, we have to conduct medical appraisals. As an appraiser, the Heidi listening and scribing tools would be great for summarising the appraisal meeting, the action points, the professional development plan, etc.

Parwez this is straightforward with some simple templating. I do this for general meetings, appraisal meetings, grand rounds for CPD, lectures etc.
