Hi. I used another dictation tool and they were able to put into Cliniko within specific sections such as PC, PMH, DH etc. This makes it clearer and easily to digest for the clinician. Perhaps you have this already - please can you check

HiHHi, basically within a Physio assessment you might have something like presenting condition. History of presenting position and often clinical is set up like that so you set up clinical to have certain boxes for certain things like drug history or social history and when we set up the templates with heidi youy ultimately want them populating that presenting condition into the presenting condition box in cliniko. CuCurCurrently, I either have a big dump of information in one box or I have to copy/ cut into each section to make it clear..
