If EHR integration is not available, it would be nice if there was a way to batch upload a CSV table with patient names, etc to be made into visits

What specific patient information fields are essential to include in the CSV for your workflow? Patient name, encounter date, encounter status, template type, provider name
How do you currently manage patient data without this feature, and what challenges does it present? Each provider is responsible for adding their note language into our EHR. Would like to centralize it so our support staff can manage.
Would you need any specific data validation or error-checking features during the CSV upload process? Would be beneficial to have a filter process, so we can filter out encounters that are not ready to be manually integrated into our EHR. Anything marked as "draft" for example, would be filtered out of the csv. What remains then is a list in csv format of encounters that are ready to be managed by the MA.
